I investigated an email compromise after a client’s employee scanned a malicious QR code that had passed through their email filter.

Reviewing logs, I found that the attacker had sent several requests to the client’s billing team and created a mailbox rule to hide replies to those messages.

I set up an office mesh network with separate management and guest Wi-Fi networks on separate VLANs, with isolation enabled for guest devices.

I also helped set up a new CCTV security system and completed five computer migrations, moving users to new workstations while preserving their data and applications. I continue to provide on-site and remote support for office users.

I managed the entire transition from a PBX system with VoIP handsets to a TPx softphone solution.

The setup let employees keep using their existing VoIP handsets, use the softphone software on their computers, or use both.

I created custom JavaScript scripts to help auto loan companies categorize applicants and review incoming applications.

The scripts parsed data from credit reporting agencies, including Equifax, and organized applicants using variables such as credit scores and outstanding debts. I worked closely with managers to fine-tune the rules around the factors they considered most important.
